Rosemary & Ken’s Registry Wedding

Rosemary and Ken chose to celebrate their marriage in the most heartfelt way – an intimate ceremony with just their adult children by their side.

I’d been hoping to photograph a wedding at the Brisbane Registry Office for a long time, so I was extra excited when they invited me to capture their afternoon. Sitting high above the city, the ceremony room is flooded with light, with sweeping views of Brisbane pouring in through those incredible floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s simple, elegant, and lets the moment itself take centre stage.

The whole celebration was short, sweet, and full of smiles, proud kids, and plenty of laughter. Here are some of my favourite images from the afternoon.
